Responsibilities

Canvassing & Listing

: Generate new instructions and create compelling listings

Valuations

: Conduct accurate, well-informed property valuations

Take-Ons

: Manage new instructions from listing to launch

Sales

: Handle the full 360 sales process from viewings to negotiations and completion

Client Management

: Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For

At least

2 years of UK estate agency experience

Proven 360 agent with

a track record of consistent listings and sales

Strong social media and self-marketing skills Ability to meet/exceed targets: ideally

2 instructions/week

and

3 sales/month

Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
