About the Role

Key Responsibilities


Canvassing & Listing: Build and grow your own local property portfolio


Valuations: Conduct accurate, well-informed valuations


Take-Ons: Manage new instructions from listing to launch


Sales: Handle the full 360 sales process -- viewings, negotiations, completion


Client Management: Deliver outstanding, personal service throughout the sales journey


Self-Marketing: Use innovative marketing tools and social media to promote your brand


What We're Looking For


Minimum 18months -2+ years of UK estate agency experience (sales, lettings, valuations, or similar)


Proven track record as a 360 agent, with consistent listings and sales


Strong social media and self-marketing skills


Self-motivated, organised, resilient, and driven to succeed


Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
