Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Self-Employed Field-Based Sales Representative, with a realistic OTE of 50k per year and no cold calling. The Sales Representative will present pay weekly finance plans to pre-booked in-home appointments, whilst demonstrating our wide range of products and closing sales. Full product and sales training will be provided, along with a guaranteed minimum weekly payment whilst in your training period. Additional tasks include maintaining excellent customer relations, meeting sales targets, and providing detailed reports on sales activities. Candidates must have a full UK driving license with access to their own reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven experience in sales and customer service Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with the flooring or home improvement industry is a plus Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities Comfortable with remote work and utilizing digital communication tools
