Job Summary

As a Self Employed Laborer, you will take on a variety of tasks that require physical strength and stamina.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for completing various labor-intensive projects, which may include construction, landscaping, or general maintenance tasks.

Your ability to manage your own schedule and work independently will be key to your success in this position.

Working location Staffordshire, some working away 5 days a week working

Responsibilities

Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Follow project specifications and instructions to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. CSCS Card preferred Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand project requirements. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites as needed. This position offers the flexibility of self-employment while allowing you to engage in diverse labor projects that can enhance your skills and experience in the field.
