You will work closely with our conveyancing team to help manage and progress residential property files.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and issuing client care letters and initial documentation.
Ordering searches and obtaining redemption statements.
Drafting completion statements and invoices.
Submitting SDLT returns and handling post-completion work.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
Ensuring files are kept compliant and up to date on our case management system (LEAP).
