Self Employed Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Amusement Technical is a multi-disciplined engineering company specialising in theme park rides.
Due to recent high growth, this expanding owner-managed business is recruiting an a self employed, experienced mechanical engineer on a 12 month fixed term renewable contract.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience in a mechanical discipline, be able to work independently and on their own initiative. Ability to demonstrate any of the following experience would be an advantage:
Assembly of new mechanical assemblies according to drawings.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Bearings
Electric motors
Welding
General workshop practice
Fork lift license
Competitive hourly rate.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From 18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
Work Location: In person
