Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to capture compelling images that resonate with our audience. This role involves working closely with various departments to produce high-quality photographs for a range of projects, including marketing campaigns, events, and social media content. Responsibilities

Capture high-quality images that align with the brand's vision and objectives. Edit and retouch photographs using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom. Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and execute photo shoots for various projects. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging visual content that enhances brand presence. Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continually improve skills and output. Assist in the production of video content using tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro as needed. Maintain an organised archive of photographs for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements

Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in photo editing software, particularly Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media management and the ability to create content tailored for different platforms. Strong understanding of journalism principles related to visual storytelling is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for capturing moments through photography.
