We are seeking Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work. This role requires a hands-on approach to construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
SELF EMPLOYED ROLE.
Responsibilities
Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work.
Perform roofing duties such as repairs, installations, and inspections to ensure structural integrity.
Execute construction painting projects with attention to detail for both interior and exterior surfaces.
Conduct plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stonework for various structures.
Undertake welding tasks for metal fabrication and repairs as needed.
Apply electrical expertise for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Assist in fabrication projects as required, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical fitness to handle the demands of manual labour involved in the role.
