Key Responsibilities ?
Deliver high-quality, differentiated sessions from the Eunoia Learning Curriculum that promote personal development, wellbeing, and lifelong learning.?
Champion the BCT values of Respect, Resilience, Integrity, Independence, and Kindness, embedding them at the heart of every session and interaction.?
Promote and safeguard the safety and wellbeing of all learners, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.?
Stay informed on emerging trends and government guidance, research, and issues affecting young people (e.g. mental health, identity, digital wellbeing), and ensure delivery is updated to reflect these developments.?
Engage external specialists or organisations when necessary, to enrich the programme and provide learners with the best available support and expertise.?
Develop and adapt learning materials in line with the Eunoia Learning Curriculum, ensuring continued relevance and accessibility for a wide range of learners.?
Collaborate across departments, including vocational tutors, the Careers team, and English & Maths leads, to embed self-development principles across the wider learner experience.?
Support and participate in student-led events, such as Student Ambassador elections, charity campaigns, and other enrichment initiatives?
Identify and action appropriate referrals to internal and external support services based on learner needs and concerns raised during sessions.?
Provide regular feedback on programme impact during line management meetings, contributing to the ongoing improvement of the SDP offer.?
Take part in continuous professional development (CPD), including working closely with the Head of Learning, Teaching and Assessment and Founder of Eunoia Learning to strengthen practice and remain at the forefront of youth development education.?
Salary and Days of Work?
9.5 hours across 1.5 days a week for 52 weeks per year?
Pro rata of 35 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays?
This is a permanent part-time position?
Start Date ASAP?
Pro rata of annual salary FTE 28,000-42,000 (actual salary 7,588-11,382) depending on experience.?
