We are a fast-growing international experience provider and tour operator, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Our team is passionate about travel and committed to delivering exceptional service. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Coordinator of Tours and Experiences to support our Head of Groups in managing and executing various tours and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Tour Coordination: Be the central port of call between clients, guides and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of our experiences. Concierge Services: Provide concierge-level service to clients Cruise Coordination: Assist in creating and coordinating cruise-related experiences, including shore excursions. Client Communication: Responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Logistics Management: Oversee logistics for tours, including booking suppliers and venues. Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Groups and other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Occasional in-person meetings in London will be required. Feedback Collection: Gather reviews and be across feedback from experiences.

Qualifications:



Experience: Proven experience in tour coordination, concierge services, or a related field. Experience in cruise-related activities would be a bonus. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. An excellent level of French would be beneficial. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using tour management software, communication tools, and other relevant technology.
