SELF-EMPLOYED DOOR SUPERVISOR

We are looking for reliable and confident SIA licensed Door Supervisors who take pride in high standards of conduct, strong customer service, and professional presentation.

A SIA licensed Door Supervisor with a calm, confident approach and excellent communication skills, capable of managing situations effectively while providing a positive customer experience.

Shift times

Chelmsford: Every Friday and Saturday, 20:00 - 01:30 Great Dunmow: Every Friday and Saturday, 20:00 - 01:00
Additional shifts available for bank holidays, Christmas and new years

Your role

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and venues. This includes managing entry and exit, maintaining order, dealing with incidents professionally, and safeguarding a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

What we need from you

Valid and in-date SIA Licence Public liability insurance for security work Smart appearance and approachable manner Strong verbal communication skills High personal standards and attention to detail Reliable and punctual attitude Ability to work independently while keeping management informed
Ability to commute
A driving licence and access to your own transport is desirable due to site locations.

Key responsibilities

Controlling entry and exit points Crowd management and customer supervision ID checks and searching where required Maintaining a visible security presence Providing reassurance and guidance to customers Acting as first responder to incidents Reporting and recording incidents accurately
