We are currently hiring

professional, reliable and fully SIA-licensed Door Supervisors and Security Guards

for ongoing self-employed work across multiple venues and security sites.

You will represent our company on the frontline, providing a

safe, welcoming and controlled environment

for customers, staff, and clients. This role is ideal for guards who want

regular shifts, flexible hours and stable ongoing work

at competitive contractor rates.

Key Responsibilities

Door supervision at licensed venues (bars, pubs, clubs) Managing entry, ID checks and capacity control Providing conflict management and de-escalation when required Monitoring behaviour, safeguarding customers and maintaining venue safety Static guarding at events, construction sites and retail locations Regular patrols, incident reporting and log writing Protecting property, staff, and visitors Communicating effectively with the venue team and management Upholding professional standards and SIA regulations at all times

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence

(essential) Must be

reliable

, punctual and presentable Strong communication + customer service skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience is preferred but not essential Must be eligible to work self-employed in the UK Own black workwear preferred (or ability to source)
