We supply highly competent and licensed security personnel to bars, nightclubs, and venues across the region. What We're Doing

We are building a bank of fully vetted, self-employed Security Contractors to be ready for work as it becomes available. Whether you're seeking regular shifts or more casual, last-minute assignments, we want to hear from you.

This is not a guaranteed-hours role, nor is there a fixed start date but it's a perfect opportunity for professionals looking to pick up flexible work and get in early as we expand our client base.

Opportunities May Include:

Long-term placements at local venues Short-term cover for sickness or holidays Last-minute assignments for urgent requirements Weekend and night shifts, with the potential for more

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe environment for patrons and venue staff Control access to the premises Monitor activity and perform regular patrols Handle incidents calmly and professionally Liaise effectively with venue management and team members Uphold high standards of customer service and conduct

Requirements:

Valid

SIA Door Supervisor Licence - Essential

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable due to shift times and limited public transport Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential Dependable, composed, and professional under pressure Local knowledge and availability for short-notice work is a plus

Key Details:

Status: Self-Employed (responsible for your own tax/NI) Pay Rate: 15.00-16.00 per hour Hours: Ad hoc; primarily weekend nights, but may vary Location: Local venues (face-to-face, not remote)
