About the Role

As a Partner Agent, you'll play a key role in our team by:

Generating and booking market appraisals/valuations Conducting property viewings with potential buyers Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Agreeing sales and progressing them through to exchange and completion
You'll be running your own patch with the full support of our brand, systems and marketing - allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

A background in property or experience in a sales or target-driven environment The ability to win new business and build a strong client base A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service Resilience, organisation and a proactive approach to challenges Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Good IT skills, including MS Office and email systems A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential - if you're driven, personable and ready to succeed, we want to hear from you.
