As we expand, we are looking for

multiple skilled Massage, Facial & Reflexology Therapists

to join our team on a

self-employed basis

. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available.

The Role

We are seeking talented and passionate therapists who excel in providing high-quality treatments, including massage, facials, and reflexology. You will have the opportunity to work with a strong client base in a fully-equipped treatment room, with all operational aspects managed for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of treatments, including massage, facials, and reflexology. Deliver a first-class client experience, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming treatment environment. Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and expert recommendations. Work structured shifts, including evenings and weekends. Short shifts to ensure therapist longevity and a balanced schedule.

Shift Patterns & Availability:

We are looking for full and part-time therapists with working hours of up to 35 hours per week.

Weekdays:

Morning Shift // 10am - 2:30pm Afternoon Shift // 3pm - 7:30pm
Weekends:

10am - 4:00pm
Additional weekend shifts and overtime may be available, along with opportunities to cover holidays. We operate a rolling rota with structured, balanced scheduling and a diary that opens two months in advance.

Earning Potential:

Commission-Based Pay:

30% commission per treatment.

Opportunity to earn up to 27 per hour

. Tips and retail commission available for additional earnings.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy

, or equivalent. Experience in

facials, deep tissue massage, and reflexology

is preferred. Passion for wellness and holistic bodywork. Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Valid insurance and the right to work on a self-employed basis.

The Interview Process:

Our selection process is designed to ensure the perfect fit for our team and our clients.

Initial Consultation: A short phone call to discuss your experience, availability, and alignment with our ethos. In-Studio Interview & Trade Test: A welcoming in-person meeting at our studio, followed by a 15-minute massage demonstration. This is your chance to showcase your skills in a relaxed and supportive setting, where we can experience your technique, client care, and unique approach to bodywork.
