Exciting Opportunity for Skilled Subcontractors at Mullen Property Services Ltd

Are you a versatile, skilled tradesperson looking to make a real impact? Mullen Property Services Ltd is seeking talented subcontractors to join our team and contribute to a variety of social housing and private renovation projects.

What You'll Do:

Plumbing:

Carry out essential plumbing tasks, from installing new systems to repairing pipes and fixtures.

Construction & Carpentry:

Use your expertise in hand and power tools to complete various construction and carpentry work.

Electrical Safety:

Take responsibility for making safe electrical tasks to ensure safety until a qualified electrician can take over.

Locks & Security:

Install and repair locks to ensure safety and security on every project.

Damp & Mold Solutions:

Address critical damp and mold issues, helping to improve living conditions in homes.

Safety First:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring a smooth workflow from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a subcontractor or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong proficiency in at least one core trade (plumbing, carpentry, electrical , etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with others to meet project goals. Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients and other team members. Relevant certifications or licenses for the trades you perform (if applicable). A commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
