Electricians

to join our growing team.

social housing maintenance

private renovation projects

What You'll Do

You'll use your electrical expertise to carry out a variety of

repairs, installations, and testing works

, ensuring all jobs are completed safely and to the highest standard.

Typical duties include:

Electrical fault finding and repairs Testing and inspecting electrical systems in domestic properties Installing sockets, lighting, and consumer units Completing EICRs and minor works certificates Ensuring compliance with current wiring regulations (BS 7671) Working safely in occupied and void social housing properties Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an

Electrician

in the construction or property maintenance industry Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

certification (essential)

2391 Testing & Inspection

(preferred) Ability to work independently and professionally Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Own van and tools (essential) CIS registered (essential) Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to getting the job done
