Red Oak Taverns are looking for a proven Pub Manager/Management Team to run one of our community pubs.

The General Manager's responsibilities will include:

Overall responsibility for operations and to ensure the smooth running of the pub at all times;

Full P&L accountability together with budgeting and margin management;

Developing the business with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers, to build sales and profitability with assistance from the small executive team.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in community pub management, with the ability to set and maintain the highest retail standards. The chosen candidate(s) will be self-starters and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, which will involve close interaction with the small executive team. We are looking for enthusiastic, honest and hard-working individuals who are committed to creating and developing a fantastic team. Customer focus is key to our success and we are constantly looking for ways to grow the business without compromising on our quality offer.

The candidate must have a Personal Licence and have experience as a General Manager from a community pub environment with proven results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,200.00-40,000.00 per year
