Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service & Leasing:



Greet and assist prospective customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Provide accurate information about unit sizes, availability, pricing, and lease terms. Process new rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals using storage management software Stora. Ensure a positive customer experience and handle complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Administration Using Stora:



Use Stora to manage online bookings, payment processing, and tenant records. Monitor occupancy levels and generate reports through the system dashboard. Track arrears, send automated reminders or notices, and coordinate lockouts if necessary. Keep digital lease agreements and customer data organized and up to date.

Site Operations & Maintenance:



Ensure the facility and all containers are clean, secure, and ready for new rentals.

Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, wear and tear, and unauthorized activity.

Perform or coordinate minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Manage access systems (gate codes, locks) and security protocols.

Open and close the facility according to scheduled hours.

Administrative Duties:



Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts, lease agreements, and payments. Track daily transactions, generate reports, and submit documentation to management. Enforce policies, including late fees, lockouts, and unit auctions (if applicable). Use site Stora to track unit occupancy and customer activity.

Security & Safety:



Monitor the site via CCTV or physical inspection for any suspicious activity or unauthorized access. Ensure the property is well-lit, secure, and compliant with safety regulations. Perform regular lock checks and oversee the use of gate access controls (if applicable).
Ensure all containers are locked, labeled, and properly positioned.

Report incidents or damages and follow up on corrective actions.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Experience in a customer focused role, you will need to have a 'roll you sleeves up' attitude and be able to work independently as well as a team player. You will need good communication skills, be personable and have attention to detail.

. salary starting at 25,000.00 PA plus commission
