We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEMH Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting pupils who experience social, emotional, and mental health challenges. As a ?SEMH Specialist?????, you will be responsible for providing specialist support and intervention to meet the rising need for SEMH support.

This position is contracted on a

37 hours per week Term Time Only basis

. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.

To ensure that students with SEMH have every opportunity to succeed within a supportive and caring school environment.

Key Skills & Experience

Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
Experience of working with young people with SEMH difficulties either in a residential or working environment. Prior experience in a similar role.

Pay: 27,256.00-28,792.00 per year
