Role Overview:
We're looking for an
all-rounder
who is hands-on, self-managing, and confident. Someone adaptable, open to new ideas, and equipped with a
toolbox of skills

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients with accuracy and care
Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Handle VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts
Liaise with clients, providing
clear and empathetic communication
Support and review junior team members' work
Ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Xero experience essential
Self-driven, ambitious, and forward-thinking
Confident communicator with empathy and clarity
Adaptable and open to new ideas
Enjoys hobbies and interests outside of work (we love well-rounded people!)
AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent experience)
