About the role
We're looking for a Senior Client Manager to take a leading role on one of our most exciting global pharma accounts, a brand with the reach and influence to truly shape lives around the world. This isn't about surface-level storytelling; it's about building trust, driving innovation, and helping a major player in healthcare connect with audiences in more human, inspiring, and impactful ways.
In this role, you'll be at the centre of high-profile, multi-market projects that combine creativity with complexity. From global brand positioning and identity systems to multi-channel campaigns as well as pack and physical experiences, you'll guide projects that demand both strategic rigour and bold design thinking. Partnering with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and creatives, you'll make sure every piece of work not only meets the brief but helps set a new benchmark for what brand-building in pharma can achieve.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and scale, who can balance the demands of regulated industries with the ambition to push creative boundaries, and who relishes the opportunity to help shape the future of a brand that has real-world impact.
About you
You bring significant experience managing complex brand and design projects, ideally for global healthcare, lifestyle or pharma clients, or other highly regulated industries where precision and creativity must go hand in hand. You understand the nuances of working within strict frameworks while still finding ways to deliver work that surprises and inspires.
You combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen, always able to see the bigger opportunity while staying laser-focused on the detail that gets projects over the line. Clients trust you because you bring clarity and confidence to every conversation, whether you're guiding them through complex challenges, presenting new ideas, or finding solutions to keep momentum going.
Collaboration is second nature to you, you're energised by working closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams, and you know how to keep everyone aligned and motivated. Above all, you bring ambition, curiosity, and a sense of ownership to your work.
