We are seeking a skilled and dependable Labourer(s) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects across different sites. Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Support tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks Carry out manual labour such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety compliance Follow health and safety protocols at all times during operations Assist in the assembly and disassembly of structures as required Support site supervisors with miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth workflow

Experience

Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is desirable Good organisational skills with attention to detail Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
