Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly Carry out general labouring duties such as digging, lifting, and moving materials safely Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure health and safety compliance Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision as required Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to minimise risks on site Assist with site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues observed during work activities Support the installation, repair, and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors

Experience

Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Valid UK driving licence is preferred
