We are seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently under supervision Follow health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working environment Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures or infrastructure as directed Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised throughout the project lifecycle Report any issues or hazards promptly to supervisors to ensure safety standards are maintained

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Good organisational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required Commitment to health and safety regulations at all times
