We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various tasks within our operations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary, ensuring proper handling and maintenance. Ability to maintain a tidy site Stripping wallpaper/demolition works/flooring/hack off plaster etc Ability to remove radiators/skirting boards etc Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction or manufacturing environments is advantageous. A valid driver's licence is mandatory with no points and must have own transport in the form of a van
