Semi Skilled Labourer
Job Description
Knowledge of labouring in the construction building trade is essential, along with common sense and thinking on your feet.
We cover muti trades from plastering, brick work, basic joinery, damp proofing, decorating, damp, fencing, guttering Etc. We work mainly in residential homes occupied.
Someone with knowledge working within a residential home IE not on sites in occupied or unoccupied private residence on plaster mixing, decoration, reading a tape measure correctly to cut timbers Etc
We do not carry out groundworks, not looking for a ground works engineer
Must hold a UK driving license with no major points. We do not pick you up or take you home. Our yard is not on a buss rout (PE12 6JX)
Full time position Monday to Friday 730 - 4 ish. Some day may be later or earlier depending on whats on for the day, generally arund 4pm finish though, may be some Saturdays depending on works schedules
UTR number & NI number must be provided. Working on a self employed basis
Transport from PE12 6JX (Moulton Loosegate near Moulton Seas End) is provided.
