## Job Overview
We are seeking a Semi-Skilled Operative to join our team in assembling and manufacturing our high quality modular builds. The ideal candidate will have experience in using hand and power tools to manufacture components and assemble the buildings together.

## Duties
- Cutting, preparation, sanding and painting of materials and cleaning up area and tools on completion of works.
- Sorting and organising off cut material into size and banding for safe storage.
- Tidying work area at the end of each working day in preparation for the next day and returning tools to locked storage area.
- Assistance in unloading deliveries and uplifts of materials and manufactured goods to ensure safe loading and unloading in line with Ecosystems risk assessments and method statements.
- Take responsibility for your own and your colleagues health, safety and welfare in the factory environment in line with Ecosystems safety procedures.

- Providing general assistance on sites during installs and post install maintenance, travelling to various locations as required to complete the works.

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Experience within the construction/manufacturing industry
- Experience using hand tools/power tools

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with modular buildings
- Experience with cladding installation, painting, furniture manufacture

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
