Labourers

WB Power Services is looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our generator installation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and supporting experienced engineers on site.

The Role

Helping to bolt and screw together generator cabins and covers. Supporting with basic assembly work using hand tools. Painting and touching up around the site. General housekeeping and keeping the work area tidy. Assisting experienced engineers with minor tasks and manual handling. Helping move equipment, tools, and materials around site. Following health & safety guidelines at all times. Loading and unloading materials. Performing simple checks on equipment and tools.

The Person

Experience in generators is highly advantageous but not essential. Previous experience in a labouring, construction, or hands-on role is helpful Basic knowledge of using hand tools A good attitude and willingness to learn Able to work well as part of a team Reliable and hardworking Able to follow instructions and work safely on site
