Semi Skilled Construction Operative

Job Description
We are well-established company based in Blofield with a small team of 8 people. We are currently looking for a reliable and capable Semi-Skilled Operative to assist on a range of projects, including a small commercial extension, new build house and extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting skilled trades on-site (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) Basic construction tasks such as mixing materials, assisting with formwork, and site clearance Operating small tools and equipment under supervision Loading/unloading deliveries and maintaining site cleanliness General labouring duties with the opportunity to learn and grow
What We're Looking For:
Punctual, dependable, and a good team player Willingness to work hard Understanding of construction safety practices CSCS card beneficial but not essential Full driving licence
