About the role:



Based at our Rowde campus which sits in a sensory rich setting of 35 acres. A setting ideal for enhancing learning through nature, a haven for exploration and discovery, offering an inclusive outdoor learning experience to all. You will work alongside 40 other experienced teachers at our Rowde campus, a supportive environment where you can learn, share and work collaboratively together. Create a sensory-rich, exploratory learning environment that supports each child's individual learning journey Contribute to a culture where teamwork, empathy, patience and creativity are central to everything we do

We are looking for someone who:



Brings a strong understanding of SEND and the unique challenges you might face in the role Is passionate about Primary aged Education and nurturing young learners Brings strong communication and observation skills Has a creative and imaginative approach to curriculum delivery Can foster a stimulating, safe and motivating learning environment Works effectively as part of a collaborative team Has patience, empathy and compassion, understanding that every day is full of new experiences for these pupils Can adapt teaching to meet a range of SEND needs Values sensory play, outdoor learning and real-world exploration
