What We're Looking For:

A

Level 3 qualification

(or equivalent) in Early Years Childcare Proven experience in S.E.N. within a childcare setting. A warm, enthusiastic approach to working with children Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-quality environment
