About the Role
We're looking for a warm, patient, and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive primary school community. You'll be supporting pupils with additional needs - including autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, and SEMH - helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting learning, emotional regulation, and social development. Some days will be calm and joyful. Others will be messy and unpredictable. But every day, you'll be making a difference.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children with SEND (school, nursery, youth work or care settings)
Is emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and quick to adapt
Can build trust and rapport with children who may struggle to connect
Believes in inclusive education and the power of positive relationships
Is ready to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with autism, SEMH, or speech and language needs
Knowledge of Makaton, PECs, Zones of Regulation, or sensory strategies
Relevant training (CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, Mental Health First Aid)
