As an Education Specialist (SEN Learning Support Assistant), you'll plan and deliver tailored 1:1 sessions designed to inspire and engage, whether in the student's home or another approved setting. With full autonomy to get creative, you'll motivate young minds and celebrate every success, big or small, alongside our dedicated team.

The placements
Working with your student on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis in their home or a suitable venue
Planning and delivering 2-5 sessions per week. Each session is between 3-5 hours, during school hours and term-times only
Placements organised and supported by our dedicated teams
Bank Staff worker - providing short-term provisions as and when they arise, paid via PAYE
What you need to apply
Minimum of 2 years' professional experience working with vulnerable children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs (including Severe Learning Difficulties and challenging behaviour)
Experience delivering English and Maths (along with other subjects if possible) to secondary age students that are working at lower levels
Consistent availability to commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per week (a minimum of 2 working days)
A commitment to keeping children and young people safe and a practical and up to date knowledge of safeguarding
