We're currently recruiting

Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)

to join our Lower School team, supporting pupils aged 11-19.

Support learners with a range of complex needs in a dynamic, specialist setting Engage pupils through play, interaction, and emotionally intelligent communication Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver high-quality care Adapt to a fast-paced environment with resilience, sensitivity, and creativity

What We're Looking For:

A positive, playful attitude and a genuine passion for SEND education Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification Willingness to learn and grow - full induction and ongoing CPD provided Previous experience in SEND settings is desirable but not essential
