Experienced in supporting young people with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, have experience with working with young people in a number of subjects including Functional Skills, Art and creative digital programmes would be an advantage and supporting staff on outdoor and enrichment activities. Be a good team player and flexible in your approach to working in a small team.
Support the Safeguarding team with handling concerns raised by staff
