The Role

As an SEN School Support Worker, you will:

Provide one-to-one or group support for students with SEN during lessons and activities. Assist in implementing individualized learning plans (ILPs) and behavior management strategies. Encourage and support positive interactions and engagement with peers and staff. Help students develop life skills, self-confidence, and independence. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure tailored support. Maintain accurate records of student progress and support provided.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Experience working with children, ideally with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
