As a Nursery Educator plus SENCo, you will:


Deliver inspiring care and education to our children Be a positive role model every single day Communicate with kindness and professionalism Follow the SEND code of practice Be responsible for all administrative duties associated with the role of nursery SENCo Maintain effective communication with outside agencies Help create a joyful, supportive team environment Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease Champion our nursery's values with families and visitors Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date Speak up--whether it's to celebrate great practice or raise a concern
