The Role
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to small groups of pupils with additional needs, both in class and in a high-needs provision setting.
Provide targeted interventions and support for pupils recently removed from the SEN register.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning and development needs.
Collaborate with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external agencies to implement and review support plans.
Promote a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
Strong knowledge of SEN and strategies to support pupils with complex and varied needs.
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Collaborative and adaptable approach to working with colleagues and professionals.
Resilient, enthusiastic, and genuinely committed to improving outcomes for pupils with SEN.
