SEN Teacher

ALFA, our new learning program is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

SEN Teacher

to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will:

Plan and teach lessons Prepare teaching materials and write reports Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress

Our ideal candidate will have:

A committed and passionate view of students with SEND At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision QTS/QTLS is advantageous

At ALFA:

We support young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to SEMH needs, EBSNA, anxiety or SEND needs. Our personalised approach includes face-to-face home tuition, online lessons with subject specialists and outdoor learning through PEAK activity centres.

and offering flexible tutoring roles. While the contract is 0-hours, we guarantee regular work.
