Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a Year 1 class in a vibrant primary school in the Bourton-on-the-Water area.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, individualised learning plans, and behaviour management. Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student's growth.

Requirements:

Experience:

At least 30 days of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.

Compassion:

A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.

Enthusiasm:
