M&M Supply, is currently working on behalf of a SEN provisions in Bristol who are looking for several SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September onwards.

The schools supports children between the ages of 4 and 19, who have a variety of additional needs.

The aim of the schools are to enable learners to progress from dependance to complete independence, allowing them to fulfill their full potential.

About the Role:

Supporting teachers in the classroom to create an engaging learning environment. Assisting with the delivery of lessons and small group activities. Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs. Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence. Follow individual EHCP's for learners

Requirements:

Previous experience in a school setting (Ideally SEN). A passion for working with children and supporting their education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Right to work in the UK Team Teach/PBLM Qualification (Desirable) x2 Recent References A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
