Your Role Day-to-Day
Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to pupils' individual needs.
Assist with classroom activities, behaviour regulation, and personal care.
Encourage communication, social skills, and independence in everyday learning.
Help prepare resources and maintain a supportive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide consistent, nurturing support.
Contribute to progress reviews, safeguarding practices, and SEND training.
What We're Looking For
GCSEs in English & Maths (grade 4-9 or equivalent).
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in education, care, or similar settings).
A patient, caring, and resilient nature.
The ability to adapt quickly and use initiative.
Strong communication skills and a team spirit.
Willingness to support with personal care when required.
Safeguarding
