Salary:

23,214 - 24,534 (actual salary, dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are a unique therapeutic community accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. We provide a safe, nurturing and transformative learning environment for vulnerable children aged 4-16, using deep-rooted psychoanalytic and group-relations models to guide everything we do. We work with small class groupings organised by stage, not age and have 33 children in our school.

, you'll play a vital role in:

Supporting high-quality therapeutic education tailored to individual needs Creating a warm, nurturing and emotionally attuned environment Designing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Helping our students grow emotionally, socially, and academically Becoming an integral part of a professional team that changes lives

Hours:



8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only (plus In-Service Training days).
