Location: Guildford
Contract: Long term contract
Hours: am 9 - 5pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)

Harton Education is proud to partner with local schools in the Surrey area, on the lookout for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams this September.
What You'll Be Doing:
One-to-One & Group Support: Tailor your approach to meet each student's unique needs.
Individualised Learning: Help implement personalised learning plans across a range of SEN.
Classroom Support: Create an inclusive, engaging space where every child can thrive.
Track Progress: Monitor student development and share insights with teaching staff.
Positive Influence: Build confidence and motivation through encouragement and empathy.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability in every situation.
- Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
