Working with small class sizes on a 1:1 and small groups

Located in Hertford, Hertfordshire
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience working with students with SEN, either in a School, Youth work or care setting
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student's progress
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents
