Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: L16 Liverpool
Salary: 3101.40 + CPD courses
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with EHCPs.
Support pupils learning across the curriculum, adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs.
Assist with personal care and mobility when necessary, always respecting pupils dignity and independence.
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement learning plans.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
What Were Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or physical disabilities).
Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent.
