We are seeking a dedicated

SEN Teaching Assistants

to join a newly established special school in Newham, catering to students aged 5 to 19 with autism. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing educational environment committed to providing individualised and personalised learning support.

Currently operating from a temporary site, the school plans to move to a permanent, purpose-built facility, designed to accommodate up to 105 pupils. ?

About the Role:

Provide individualised support to students with autism Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement personalised education plans.? Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.? Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.?
About You:

Experience:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly autism, is desirable but not essential.? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.? Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.? Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.?

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications such as a CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant certification, or a degree in Education/Psychology are advantageous but not mandatory.?

Pay: 92.22-110.00 per day
