As a SEN TA you will:
Support learners with autism and associated communication needs in a nurturing SEN school environment.
Be supported by a knowledgeable and caring team who will guide your growth and development
Provide 1:1 and small group support, encouraging engagement through creative, play-based learning.
Help pupils access learning using strategies like visuals, sensory resources, and structured routines.
Develop your SEN knowledge with structured training and hands-on learning
