Key Responsibilities:

Provide general classroom support, working closely with the teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons Offer 1:1 and small group support to pupils who may need additional help with learning or behaviour Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and day-to-day running Encourage positive behaviour and support students' emotional well-being Help maintain a safe, inclusive and productive learning environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a school setting Confidence in supporting pupils with varying levels of ability and learning styles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, patient, and positive approach to working with children TA qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
